Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to join our senior living leadership team. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, oversee resident care quality, mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate will show strong leadership, collaboration, and clinical judgment with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota is required.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices desired.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Oversee clinical documentation and staff training/development.
