Job summary

Ecumen St. Benedict's Community in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for Assisted Living/Memory Care. 32 hours over two weeks, 10am-6:30pm with every other weekend rotation. The RN will ensure health and safety needs are met and that facility compliance is maintained.

The pay is targeted at $38.00-$43.00 per hour, with a benefits package based on scheduled hours. Ecumen emphasizes aging services, inclusivity, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure in the state where working.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Compliance with safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial assessment of potential residents.
• Maintains and monitors each resident’s medical record, ensures appropriate assessments are completed timely and documentation is appropriate, and confirms residents have current care plans in place.
• Ensures all physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Maintains and monitors medication administration program. Supervises medication practices and medical equipment being used in the building.
• Assists supervisor in providing health and medication training to all new team members as well as continued education for all staff and documents such training to assure compliance with state, federal and local regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety needs of all residents are met. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility complies with current regulations and standards of practice.

Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $38.00 - $43.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
