Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN Licensure in Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC) – must be active and in good standing.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• 3-5 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as supplemental Operations Administrator when needed to supervise shift-to-shift operations.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and internal/external customers to drive performance and quality outcomes.
• Identifies LEAN projects and selects tools to review current process states.
• Manages budgets effectively and oversees personnel from hiring to performance reviews within guidelines.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, responds to unplanned circumstances, and ensures patient-directed care and quality services.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports data pertinent to each department.
• Maintains unit customer service indicators, prepares and analyzes reports, and conducts daily rounds for updates on improvements.
