Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead daily clinical operations and a diverse support staff. You will collaborate with the DON, HCA, and CMO to deliver high-quality primary care and mentor clinical teams across Medical, Dental, OB/GYN, Lab, Endo, and Podiatry services.

The role requires RN or LPN with leadership experience, BLS certification, and strong nursing leadership in a family medicine setting. Attractive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• RN with at least two (2) years of leadership experience or a Licensed Practical Nurse with at least three (3) years of leadership experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of multiple service areas (Medical, Dental, OB/GYN, Lab, Endo, Podiatry) and supervise a diverse staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for clinical support staff.
• Ensure adherence to universal precautions, patient safety, and CFHC policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the DON, CMO, and HCA to maintain smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, audits, and in-service education in coordination with leadership.
• Lead staffing planning for sick time, vacations, and absences; manage responsibilities across centers.
