You will recruit and hire, supervise and plan, implement programs to meet patient care needs, and drive continuous improvement. The position also involves budget planning and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires WA RN license or ability to obtain, BSN degree.
• Leadership experience at a nurse manager level or above is required.
• ACLS certification required or must obtain.
