• BSN degree required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient service requirements by establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Maintains nursing operations by coordinating policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality of care by interpreting standards of care.
• Manages nursing staff through recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Implements infection-control policies and safe medication practices.
• Audits patient records and protects confidentiality.
• Aims to meet financial objectives and ensures equipment and supplies availability.
• Maintains professional knowledge and teamwork across care teams.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
