You will direct and develop staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families.

The role emphasizes maintaining quality of care, coordinating staffing, and ensuring infection control while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, including Basic Dysrhythmia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patient health through day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care.
• Direct and develop staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality of care by upholding hospital philosophies and standards of care.
• Maintain and manage nursing staff through recruitment, orientation and training.
• Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and families.
