Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a registered nurse to promote and restore patient health through day-to-day management and long-term care planning. You will lead nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and provide comprehensive support to patients and families in a high-quality hospital setting.

The role requires a BSN, BLS, and 2-5 years of nursing experience with dysrhythmia exposure. Preferred certifications include OCN and ONS chemotherapy.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, including basic dysrhythmia expertise.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patient health through daily management and long-term planning of care.
• Direct and develop staff to maintain high-quality nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and infection-control policies.
• Recruit, orient, and train nursing staff and assistants.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Maintain patient care documentation and confidentiality.
• Coordinate resources to meet emergency and equipment needs.
• Maintain professional knowledge and collaborative relationships with care teams.
