Responsibilities

• Manages staff: hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates performance, and conducts development plans.
• Supports departmental staffing, budgeting, and aligns with department goals.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions and documents per policy.
• Leads staff communications, coordinates payroll updates, and manages timekeeping and scheduling.
