Qualifications

• Current RN license (TX or compact).
• 5+ years of recent acute care Mother/Baby leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a Nurse Supervisor or Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in Postpartum & Newborn Nursery units.
• Supervise staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and clinical outcomes.
• Lead a team of 80+ members with support from 4 CNCs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations in Postpartum & Newborn Nursery units

• Supervise staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and clinical outcomes

• Lead 80+ team members with support from 4 CNCs and relief charge nurses

• Champion quality, safety, and family-centered care from birth onward

• Partner with physicians and leaders to drive patient experience

• Mentor future nurse leaders in a high-volume, high-acuity environment

What You’ll Need

• Current RN license (TX or compact)

• BSN required; MSN preferred

• 5+ years of recent acute care Mother/Baby leadership

• 2+ years in a Nurse Supervisor or Manager role

• BLS & NRP certifications

• Strong communication and team development skills
