Location: Premier Tertiary Care Hospital | 895+ Beds
Shifts: Day & Night Available
Scope: Mother-Baby & Lactation Services | ~80 FTEs

Supervise staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and clinical outcomes
Lead 80+ team members with support from 4 CNCs and relief charge nurses
Champion quality, safety, and family-centered care from birth onward
Partner with physicians and leaders to drive patient experience
Mentor future nurse leaders in a high-volume, high-acuity environment
Current RN license (TX or compact)
BSN required; MSN preferred
5+ years of recent acute care Mother/Baby leadership
2+ years in a Nurse Supervisor or Manager role
BLS & NRP certifications
Strong communication and team development skills
