Job summary

OSI Recruit is seeking a Nursing Manager for Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, Virginia. This leadership role oversees obstetric, labor/delivery, and nursery care, guiding staff to provide quality patient care in a hospital setting.

The Nurse Manager will monitor performance, develop policies, and collaborate with other departments to support patient outcomes and cost-effective care. Strong supervisory experience and VA RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license at time of hire.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, & Fetal Monitoring is required.
• Five (5) years of nursing experience in Obstetrics, Labor/Delivery, and Nursery care settings.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care per standards of care and emergency care.
• Makes decisions on unit and personnel needs to meet patient care and financial goals.
• Collaborates with the health care team to integrate the department into hospital functions.
