This Neonatal Intensive Care and neonatal critical care unit provides advanced respiratory support, surgical recovery services, and comprehensive family-centered care in a technologically advanced environment. The NICU Nursing Manager will play a key leadership role in maintaining excellence across this expansive neonatal critical care service line, ensuring evidence-based practice standards and exceptional clinical outcomes for the most vulnerable patients.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the NICU Nurse Manager will lead a team of dedicated charge nurses, staff RNs, respiratory therapists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. The NICU Clinical Nurse Manager will be supported by clinical educators, quality specialists, and administrative partners while holding responsibility for staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and staff engagement.
