Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Maternity/Post Partum and Special Care Nursery.
• Collaborate with the Maternal Child Health Director and leadership team.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage; manage FTEs within budget.
• Ensure compliance with 100% of TJC, DPH, and OSHA standards.
• Train and develop staff; delegate tasks and support career paths.
• Lead disciplinary processes as appropriate and ensure nursing practice integrity.
