Qualifications

• Active and current registered nurse license in Massachusetts.
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting.
• 2 years of Special Care Nursery experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing practice on a unit level, supporting the CNO.
• Evaluate nursing practices and coordinate patient care.
• Assume 24/7 responsibility for designated areas.
