Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and assignments to meet patient care needs.
• Conduct staff performance management, including coaching and competency validation.
• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Establish and monitor department goals, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, education, and ongoing competency development.
• Partner with HR and nursing leadership to resolve operational issues.
• Lead process improvement and change initiatives to sustain results.
• Respond to patient, family, and staff concerns and promote timely resolution.
