Job summary

Fairview Hospital in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to provide 24-hour administrative leadership for the Mother/Baby Unit. You will coordinate service development, ensure patient, family and physician satisfaction, and oversee hiring and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include MA RN license, BLS; ACLS within a year; NRP before orientation; and a Master's degree in Nursing or business. Full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical and managerial experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, other healthcare field, or business required.
• RN License in MA with BLS; ACLS within a year; NRP prior to orientation; specialty certification preferred.
