Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee nursing practice, quality of care, staff development, and engagement while partnering with clinical leaders to advance patient outcomes and safety. A BSN is required; an MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred; required within 5 years of hire if in Nurse Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a culture of service, education, and discovery across the nursing unit.
• Collaborates with inter-professional teams to ensure quality patient care and efficiency.
• Leads staffing, budgeting, and workforce development to meet organizational goals.
• Evaluates performance of personnel and maintains professional standards.
• Oversees licensing, certifications, and mandated trainings for staff.
