You will supervise hiring, training, and performance reviews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered work culture within a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota and eligible to practice as a nurse.
• Experience in a senior living or skilled care setting.
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• CPR certification and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Pass background checks and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the nursing staff.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with policies and regs.
• Coordinate and monitor care plans to meet individual resident needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals on care plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys and audits.
• Identify training needs and implement staff development programs.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Report incidents per regulatory requirements and ensure safety.
• Apply emergency procedures and ensure CPR readiness.
