Greenwood Meadows is seeking a Unit Manager- Memory Care within American Senior Communities. The role oversees nursing care for residents on the memory care unit, supervising licensed nurses and other staff to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN or LPN license and embraces our CARE values, with a passion for teaching and mentoring staff while managing a compassionate, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure care delivery complies with policies and regulations.
