Baystate Health, home to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, seeks a Nurse Manager for the Wesson 3 team. You will lead clinical nursing practice, advance patient- and family-centered care, and help drive performance improvements in a Magnet-certified environment.

The role emphasizes visible leadership on the unit, staff engagement, budget stewardship, and collaboration with nursing and medical leaders to meet organizational goals.

Formación

• Licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts (RN) is required.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum five years of inpatient nursing experience.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical leadership to ensure quality nursing practice and patient- and family-centered care.
• Lead a positive work environment with high staff engagement and Magnet-aligned practices.
