Qualifications

• MA RN license required.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Experience with strategic planning, operational leadership, HR and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, regulations, accreditation, and patient care operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Medical Surgical Nursing services, Clinical Supervisors, and the Rapid Response Team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and programs ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
• Direct fiscal planning, budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance management.
• Coach and mentor department leaders with performance management and professional development.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen patient flow, safety, staffing, and quality across service areas.
• Advance practice of Clinical Supervisors and Rapid Response Team through workforce planning and process improvement.
• Identify and manage organizational change with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze program performance using clinical, financial, and patient-experience metrics and drive improvements.
• Set operational and strategic goals and growth initiatives aligned with healthcare trends.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and operations to sustain clinical processes and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards.
