Job summary

Caring Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and Case Managers under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer.

The role focuses on quality, staffing, and coordination across sites to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have MA RN licensure with ASN and BSN preferred, plus supervisory experience in community-based or primary care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as an RN; ASN required
• BSN preferred
• 3–5 years in health care setting desired
• Supervisory experience with nursing teams, case managers, and professional staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including RN, LPN, MA, and Case Managers (in conjunction with the CNO)
• Directs and participates in patient care activities by ensuring compliance with standards of care
• Guides and evaluates clinical staff practices, monitors quality and productivity, and addresses deficiencies
• Monitors staffing patterns and coordinates nursing coverage for all Caring Health Center sites
• Participates in monthly Quality Improvement meetings and serves as team leader
• Assists with development of QI/PI and Risk Management programs and related measurement tools
• Reports data to Federal, state, local, and funders as needed
• Directs orientation and training for new employees
