Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager/Supervisor to coordinate the operations of a clinic unit, schedule unit RNs, and act as liaison with pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.

The role involves developing plans to meet regulatory requirements, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care while managing departmental priorities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
• License/Certifications: License to practice as an RN in Arizona; CPR. ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
• Coordinate scheduling for the unit RNs and liaise with medical staff and administration.
• Develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements and mentor staff.
• Provide patient care following established standards and supervise care by team members.
