Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• CRRN certification required within three years of hire.
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience.
• Three years in a hospital nurse management position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day nursing operations on assigned unit.
• Manages staffing based on census, acuity, skill level, and staff availability.
• Provides education and mentorship to the nursing staff.
• Ensures compliance with state, TJC, CMS standards and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
• Participates in performance improvement, data collection and analysis.
