Requirements include NYS RN license, a nursing degree, and 1–2 years of leadership experience. The role involves supervision, staff development, and collaboration with medical and clinical operations teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS RN license and nursing degree (ADN/BSN).
• 5–10 years of clinical RN experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership/management experience.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification; BC and CARN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight and staff development for the nursing team.
• Educate staff on medication administration, MAR documentation and safety.
• Lead in‑services, trainings and monthly nursing meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, counselors and multidisciplinary team.
• Complete narcotics counts and ensure DEA/DOH compliance.
• Supervise scheduling, performance reviews and education activities.
