Job summary

Anoka Rehabilitation & Living Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services, is seeking a TCU Nurse Manager in Anoka, MN. This role leads a nursing team, oversees resident care, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.

Schedule: 8 hour shifts, M-F; Compensation: $89,000-$100,000 per year (based on experience). We offer a supportive leadership team, a welcoming campus, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in MN.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team of nurses.
• Long-term care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• As a leader in the organization, the Nurse Manager will be the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act.
• Responsible for holding staff accountable for correctly following policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and nursing job descriptions.
• Resident Care Functions which include medication, treatments and follow nursing protocols.
