Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Habilitation (I/DD) services as a Clinical Manager.

This leadership role oversees field staff and directs care planning to promote independence and quality of life for clients. The Nurse Manager will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with BAYADA policies while fostering a collaborative, client-centered team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for clinical staff.
• Conduct competency evaluations for new and tenured employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and education to field staff.
• Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field employees.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Habilitation (I/DD) office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides high-quality, person-centered services to individuals of all ages throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding communities.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed

BAYADA Offers:

• Base salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually
• Weekly pay
• Monday-Friday schedule
