The Nurse Manager, Operations will oversee the unit, ensure evidence-based nursing care, manage staffing, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support services to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience is required.
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care to pregnant and postpartum patients with high-risk conditions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support maternal and fetal outcomes.
• Monitor patients and manage medications in collaboration with the care team.
• Support a family-centered care approach in a high-acuity unit.
