Compensation Pay Range: Minimum $95,388.80; Maximum $149,364.80

Summary: Assists the Department Director in planning, directing and coordinating the operational, financial and personnel activities of the designated departments. Provides clinical and operational leadership for areas assigned.

Position Details

Type of Opportunity: Full time (1.0 FTE/40 hours per week). Work Schedule: 8 Hour Days (Days).

The Family Birthing Manager oversees clinical operations and nursing care within the family birthing center, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based practices for labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. This role includes managing staffing and workflow, mentoring nursing teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary providers, implementing policies that align with patient-centered standards and regulatory requirements.
