Job summary

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to provide daily clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute care setting in Dallas.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care while ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS or equivalent within six months of hire.
• TNCC/ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum five years of progressive nursing leadership experience.

We are partnered with a wonderful organization seeking a Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department is responsible for the daily clinical and operational leadership of a fast-paced acute care Emergency Department. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting operational excellence, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager oversees staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

This is a full time salaried and benefited role. Day position no weekends.

What you will be doing:

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services

What is required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Texas RN or Multi-State Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS, AHA or ARC, ACLS and PALS within six months of hire
• TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

• Master's degree preferred
• Emergency Department Nurse Manager experience
• Experience managing high-volume Emergency Departments
• Strong background in quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and physician collaboration
