• Oversees staffing plans and schedules; ensures compliance with productivity targets.
• Identifies opportunities for departmental improvements and implements action plans to optimize department outcomes.
• Develops, revises and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
• Promotes and maintains positive relations with continuum of care providers.
