Qualifications

• Active CT RN license.
• 2 years of full-time or equivalent nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health or community health.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Office and basic EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, incorporating Mission, Vision, and Values into decisions.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws while maintaining ethical practices.
