The McAuley is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional resident care. You will lead a compassionate team, guide care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to deliver resident-centered care.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (including home health exposure), and strong leadership with excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office and EHR is expected.

Qualifications

• RN with CT license; 2 years full-time or FTE nursing experience.
• 1 of the 2 years must be in home health or community health program
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic EHR systems

Responsabilités

• Lead daily nursing operations and model the Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, staff and families.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and ethical practices.
• Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communications with physicians/families.
• Participate in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling for optimal team performance.
• Participate in call rotation
