The McAuley is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional resident care. You will lead a compassionate team, guide care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to deliver resident-centered care.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (including home health exposure), and strong leadership with excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office and EHR is expected.

Qualifications

• RN with CT license; 2 years full-time or FTE nursing experience.
• 1 of the 2 years must be in home health or community health program
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic EHR systems

What We're Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.

• 2 years of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.

• A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
