Qualifications

• Active CT RN license.
• 2 years of full-time or equivalent nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health or community health.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Office and basic EHR systems.

• Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.

What We're Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.

• 2 years of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.

• A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
