Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a Nursing Manager to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and evaluate the delivery of nursing care within a unit. Responsibilities

• Participates in executing strategic initiatives of the nursing division at unit and departmental levels.
• Acts as administrative and clinical resource to nursing staff on the unit.
• Supports and interprets hospital-wide and nursing policies, procedures, standards, and goals.
• Collaborates with Staff Education to develop staff capabilities.
• Manages staffing decisions, hiring/firing with HR and participates in corrective actions.
• Oversees annual staff evaluations and credentialing processes.
