Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited baccalaureate nursing program.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise bedside nurses and staff, manage staffing plans to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee patient flow and throughput, coordinate transfers from ED, OR, and other units.
• Lead daily bed huddles and safety huddles to communicate bed status and safety concerns.
