Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing teams on a shift. This per diem role focuses on direct patient care when needed and coordinating interdisciplinary care, patient flow, staffing, and resource use under direction of senior leadership.

The position requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and BSN preferred. Strong communication and adherence to standards are essential for safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Nursing Leadership experience preferred
• Excellent quality of Nursing Care as part of a comprehensive care team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as needed during shifts
• Facilitate interdisciplinary patient care, patient flow and problem solving on shift
• Assist in staffing, resource utilization and coordination under supervision
• Adhere to Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
