Job summary

Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing care on the Medical/Telemetry/Stroke - North 6 unit.

You will lead daily nursing operations, optimize staffing and resource use, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering patient-centered care.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, you will mentor staff, monitor quality outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• At least five years of leadership experience in nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Strong financial and resource-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead staffing and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet patient care needs.
• Manage human and fiscal resources effectively and responsibly.
• Ensure teams have equipment and supplies necessary for quality care.
