Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital on the 5th Floor Complex Medicine Unit is seeking a registered nurse to join a growing telemetry team providing patient-centered care to adults with multiple comorbidities. The night shift from 7:00 p.m.

to 7:30 a.m. includes on-call weekends and holidays, with opportunities to advance toward ICU, ED, or other focused areas while building strong med-surg and telemetry skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to unit staff and supervise admissions.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Facilitate planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing programs.
• Assist with policies to ensure efficient delivery of health services.
• Serve as liaison between manager, staff and other areas.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery.
• Prepare work schedules ensuring adequate coverage.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and committees.
• Assist in orienting new personnel and continuing education.
