Job summary

Marymount Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic system, seeks an experienced RN for the 5th Floor Complex Medicine Unit. The role involves direct patient care, implementing care plans, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Shifts rotate between days and nights, with every other weekend and holiday requirements. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recognized by AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
