Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical support staff and collaborate with the DON and Health Center Administrator to deliver safe, high‑quality primary care.

This exempt leadership role requires Florida RN licensure, strong clinical leadership, and experience directing teams including LPNs, CMAs, dental staff and lab personnel; responsibilities include staffing, training, compliance, and improving patient flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with at least two years of leadership experience or LPN with at least three years of leadership experience.
• Florida license.
• BLS certification.
• Computer literacy.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across multiple departments.
• Supervise LPNs, CMAs, dental staff, and lab staff.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling.
• Maintain credentials & conduct staff evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality of care.
• Participate in staff training and community outreach.
