Job summary

UCF Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the practice sites in the Orlando area. You will lead nursing and administrative teams, manage scheduling and relationships with referring groups, and ensure excellent patient care through strong leadership and process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN or RN license in Florida, with 1–3 years of related experience and current CPR/OSHA/HIPPA training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Current LPN or RN Florida State License.
• Annual CPR, OSHA, HIPPA training/certifications.
• Other certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors the day-to-day operations of running practice sites.
• Oversees staff scheduling, coverage, and overtime control.
• Maintains relationships with referring groups and providers.
• Ensures smooth internal and external communications and handles patient concerns.
• Participates in departmental performance improvement and patient safety activities.
• Coaches, mentors, and develops competent staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
