Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing operations on a busy unit in Ohio. You will blend administrative leadership with hands-on clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize patient throughput and outcomes. Strong knowledge of PI, regulatory standards, and staff development is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical nursing practice; one year in leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of PI initiatives and improves outcomes.
• Provides staff feedback, evaluations, and documents performance.
• Ensures safe, compassionate care and patient satisfaction targets.
• Coordinates nursing care with physicians and other departments.
• Maintains unit operations and regulatory compliance.
