Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager in Ohio to advocate for high-quality nursing care, allocate resources, and support administrative leadership and regulatory standards on the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred; ADN or Diploma may be considered with commitment to complete BSN.
• Two years of clinical nursing practice; leadership/charge role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI Plan initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Ensure staff competencies and provide evaluations.
• Participate in leadership meetings and hospital councils.
• Coordinate nursing care with physicians and other disciplines.
