Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited college.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred or commensurate education and experience.
• Current NH nursing licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with established standards of care and practice.
• Manages patient care and transitions across the continuum.
• Recruits, retains, nurtures, evaluates and develops staff.
• Leads department and interdepartmental teams.
• Participates in departmental and organizational change.
• Ensures compliance with State, Local, Federal regulatory requirements.
