Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Leader to oversee daily clinical operations and lead a team of about 30 staff. You will ensure quality patient care, access, and achievement of department goals while coordinating education and development plans for staff to optimize outcomes and engagement.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will partner with Administrative Director and Medical leadership to manage productivity, budget, payroll, and regulatory compliance while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Active RN licensure in New Hampshire; BLS certification.
• Minimum five years as a Registered Nurse and at least one year in a leadership/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff, including nurses, LNA/technicians, LPNs and HUCS; recruits and manages performance.
• Oversees daily department activities and ensures proper scheduling and coverage.
• Develops and maintains financial performance, efficiency, and productivity targets.
• Develops clinical protocols and workflows; monitors compliance with DNV, OSHA, CLIA and other regulations.
• Ensures staff competency, education, and growth; conducts onboarding and annual reviews.
• Maintains communications, relationships with providers, and professional conduct across leadership.
