Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors staff; manages clinical decisions and resource allocation.
• Coordinates staffing plans and bed management to optimize capacity.
• Responds to emergencies; acts as clinical resource and Incident Commander when needed.
• Anticipates shift issues; communicates with departments to resolve problems quickly.
• Ensures policies and nursing standards are followed and supports organizational change initiatives.
• Promotes mission, values and a healthy work environment across shifts.
