Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year staff nurse experience required in hospital settings, 3 years required in Oncology at MCC.
• Charge Nurse experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with day-to-day unit operations.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate unit activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Act as coach and mentor to staff and participate in interviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and competency verification.
