Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of staff nurse experience in hospital settings.
• 3 years of Oncology nursing experience at MCC preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/chemotherapy-biotherapy certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager with daily unit operations and staffing.
• Coordinate and evaluate activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in interview/hiring and performance reviews.
• Contribute to compliance with nursing process and performance improvement.
